What is Osteoporosis ?


Did you ever see a man who walked stooped? Or an elderly woman who uses a wheelchair to walk? The old man must have suffered from osteoporosis, which causes the curved spine strong and not support her.


Osteoporosis is a disease caused by a decrease in bone density is slowly for many - years before we realize that bones become brittle and break easily.
